The definitive edition launches on November 11th for Nintendo switch, PS5, PS4, Xbox One and PC with a physical release planned for December 7th. The iOS and Android versions were confirmed to launch in the first half of 2022.
The trilogy - the definitive edition is priced at $59.99 on consoles and PC so it is going to be interesting to see how it is priced on mobile and whether the games are sold separately.
